RADVISION Ltd. has set this developer community website (the "Site") for users to share information about development relating to VoIP. While RADVISION Ltd. will provide information and contribute to the discussions, much of the value comes through the contributions of individual users via posts of text or images or edits to posts. If you wish to join the Site you need to read and accept the terms and conditions below, whereby you enter into an agreement with RADVISION Ltd. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“RADVISION”). If you have questions or comments to the terms and conditions, or if you wish to terminate your membership in the Site, please contact us at DevCommunity@radvision.com.
Laws and regulations
Access to and use of the Site are subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Site in any way which violates such laws or regulations.
Privacy Issues
Data provided by anyone registering as a member of the Site (a “Member”) is stored in RADVISION Ltd.'s database and may be accessed by subsidiaries and affiliates thereof.
Data provided by a Member is used by RADVISION to send information requested by the Member, send offers to the Member as well as for statistics, market analysis and related matters.
The Site, like many other websites, may utilize a standard technology called "cookies" to collect information about how our Site is used. Cookies were designed to help a website operator determine that a particular user had visited the Site previously and thus save and remember any preferences that may have been set while the user was browsing the Site. Cookies are small strings of text that websites can send to your browser. Cookies cannot retrieve any other data from your hard drive or obtain your e-mail address. If you are browsing this Site, a cookie may be used to identify your browser as one that has visited the Site before.
Although you have the ability to modify our browser to either accept all cookies, notify you when a cookie is sent or reject all cookies, it may not be possible to utilize RADVISION services which require registration if you reject cookies.
A Member's contribution on these websites will be accessible also by others in addition to Member and RADVISION.
A Member may not use information about third parties to send unsolicited advertisements and promotional materials to such third parties, nor may a Member collect or store personal data about other Members or visitors of this website.
RADVISION does not transfer your personal information to others except as set out in these terms and conditions.
User ID and Password
The user ID and password of a Member are for use by the Member alone and a Member shall exercise reasonable care in its safeguarding to prevent access by any other party to the web pages open for Members only. A Member may not reveal, share or otherwise allow others to use a Member’s user ID and password. You agree that you will be personally responsible for the use of user ID and password and for all of the communication and activity on the Site that results from use of user ID and password.
Intellectual Property Rights
The information and material provided by RADVISION on or through the Site may be viewed, copied, printed and used by the Member for its intended purpose but it may not be displayed on a public internet site nor may it in any other way be distributed to others. However, information, products, processes and technology described herein may be subject of patents, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights owned by RADVISION or any other company and no transfer of such Intellectual Property is made hereunder nor is any right to use such Intellectual Property granted and RADVISION and/or its affiliates reserves all such rights.
Tampering
You agree not to modify, move, add to or delete in a way that tampers with the information contained in this Site. You also agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or unlawfully use or reproduce any of the software, copyrighted or trademarked materials, trade secrets, or other proprietary information contained in the Site.
Third Parties
This Site may include links to other third party sites. Such websites may have their own terms and conditions, which a Member must adhere to. This Agreement between the Member and RADVISION does not constitute an agreement between a Member and a third party. The links are only provided as a convenience and RADVISION does not endorse any of these sites. RADVISION assumes no responsibility or liability for any material that may be accessed on other websites or reached through the Site, nor does RADVISION make any representation regarding the quality of any product or service contained at any such site.
RADVISION prohibits unauthorized links to the Site and the framing of any information contained on the Site or any portion of the Site. RADVISION reserves the right to disable any unauthorized links or frames. RADVISION has no responsibility or liability for any material on other websites that may contain links to this Site.
Contributions by Members
It is the responsibility of a Member to ensure that:
- Member contributions do not include any defamatory, racist, pornographic, unlawful or unethical material.
- no Member contributed material (including viruses) which could harm RADVISION, its partners, other members or any other party, are knowingly or recklessly spread through the Site.
- no contributed material that violates, misappropriates or infringes any patent, copyright, trademark, trade name, trade dress, trade secret, right of publicity, right of privacy, moral right, right of attribution or integrity or any other personal right or proprietary right of any person or entity will be uploaded or otherwise transmitted to the Site; or
- all consents required for Member's contribution on the Site of any party's trademarks, copyright protected works, know-how and trade secrets or other proprietary rights are properly obtained.
- no false identity and no other misleading information is placed on the Site by the Member.
RADVISION will not generally examine contributions made but RADVISION reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any Member contribution at any time, whenever RADVISION deems appropriate due to legal, security, policy or other reasons.
RADVISION may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any areas on the Site where Members transmit or post contributions or communicate solely with each other, including, but not limited to, chat rooms, bulletin boards or other user forums, and the content of any such contributions. RADVISION, however, will have no liability related to the content of any such contributions, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.
Any contributions by a Member will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and RADVISION will have no obligation to keep contributions confidential. RADVISION will have no obligations with respect to such contributions. RADVISION and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the said contributions and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Confidentiality
You may obtain direct access via the Site to certain confidential information of RADVISION and its suppliers, including, without limitation, technical, contractual, product, program, pricing, marketing and other valuable information that should reasonably be understood as confidential ("Confidential Information"). You must hold Confidential Information in strict confidence. Title to Confidential Information remains with RADVISION and its suppliers. Your obligations regarding Confidential Information expire ten (10) years after the date of disclosure. Upon termination of these terms or RADVISION's written request, You must cease use of Confidential Information and return or destroy it.
No Warranties
The Site is provided as a convenience to you and RADVISION does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. RADVISION reserves the right to close down the site, wholly or partly, at any time, at its sole discretion.
ANY SUPPORT, INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED UNDER THIS SITE, WHETHER ON INTERNET, BY E-MAIL OR IN ANY OTHER WAY, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL RADVISION BE LIABLE TO COMPENSATE A MEMBER FOR HAVING USED OR RELIED ON THE SUPPORT/INFORMATION/DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT AND ON THE WEBSITES REFERRED TO HEREIN.
RADVISION IS FURTHER EXCLUDED FROM ALL LIABILITY OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM CONTRIBUTIONS MADE BY ANY MEMBER OR THIRD PARTY.
RADVISION DOES NOT WARRANT A MEMBER'S ACCESSABILITY TO THE WEB PAGES AT ANY TIME
RADVISION PERIODICALLY ADDS, CHANGES, IMPROVES OR UPDATES THE INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTS ON THIS SITE WITHOUT NOTICE. RADVISION ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTENT OF THIS SITE. YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RADVISION BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY A MEMBER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOST PROFITS OR DAMAGES FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION, PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA) THAT RESULT FROM ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR DUE TO ANY BREACH OF SECURITY ASSOCIATED WITH THE TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION THROUGH THE INTERNET, EVEN IF RADVISION WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Security
Security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed, therefore RADVISION is not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or for changes to or losses of data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of the Site. In order to protect you and your data, RADVISION may suspend your use of a client site, without notice, pending an investigation, if any breach of security is suspected
Access to Password Protected/Secure Areas
Access to and use of password protected and/or secure area of the Site is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution.
Termination
This Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party as set out below.
A Member can terminate this Agreement through prior written notice at any time. Upon such Member termination the Member may not benefit from the websites and services that are for Members only. RADVISION may elect to terminate the Site, wholly or partly at any time without notice. In case of termination of the whole web site this Agreement is terminated forthwith.
If RADVISION identifies any contribution of a Member that RADVISION believes to be illegal, unethical or contrary to security rules or other policies of RADVISION, RADVISION may terminate a Member's membership forthwith and such termination includes termination of this Agreement.
Changes to This Agreement
RADVISION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME. SUCH CHANGES SHALL BE NOTIFIED TO THE MEMBER ON THE SITE AND SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE MEMBER IF THE MEMBER CONTINUES TO USE THE WEBSITE AFTER A PERIOD OF TWO WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF NOTICE.
Assignment
Should RADVISION wish to transfer activities of the Site to another party, RADVISION reserves the right to transfer RADVISION's rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to such party as well as to transfer the Member data to the same party.

RADVISION is committed to protecting the rights of copyright holders and seeks to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the protection of intellectual property. Notices related to intellectual property related violations on this Site should be addressed to:

Jurisdiction/Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and applicable federal laws without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree that any and all proceedings relating to this Site and the subject matter contained herein shall be maintained in the courts of the State of New Jersey or the federal district courts sitting in New Jersey, which courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction for such purpose.
