UCIF (Unified Communications Interoperability Forum) is an international organization dedicated to interoperability of unified communications solutions.

UCIF deals with focusing on interoperability of existing standards specified by other organizations and not in writing the standards themselves.

Members of UCIF include Aspect, AudioCodes, ClearOne, HP, Jabra, Juniper Networks, Logitech/LifeSize Communications, Microsoft, Plantronics, Polycom, RADVISION and Teliris.
