One Voice is an initative started by AT&T, Orange, Telefonica, TeliaSonera, Verizon, Vodafone, Alcatel-Lucent, Ericsson, Nokia Siemens Networks, Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson in an effor to standardize the use of voice over LTE.

To that end, the One Voice specification focuses on narrowing down the use of IMS towards supporting today's services that run over the circuit switched networks of the operators. Put simply - doing voice calls, SMS and some rudimentary supplementary services.

One Voice has been adopted by the GSMA which now calls this VoLTE specification

You can learn more about One Voice and VoLTE on the IMTC's blog.
