The IMS Forum Plugfest is an interoperability event organized by the IMS Forum that brings together service providers and IMS vendors committed to furthering the development of IMS certification, and provides a unique opportunity to establish agreed upon requirements and criteria for IMS applications and services interoperability.
The goal of the event is to develop an industry-recognized "stamp of approval" for IMS applications and services, thus accelerating adoption of IMS technology.
