The ETSI Plugtest is a professional unit of ETSI specializing in running interoperability test events for a wide range of telecommunications, Internet, broadcasting and multimedia converging standards. The goals of the event are to:
- Enhance the quality of specifications
- Speed up the standardization process
- Reduce time to market
- Support the deployment of a technology
