Glossary
An EMTA is a CPE device which is a combination of a cable modem and a telephony adapter. It is the device which cable operators provide to their customers who are looking for voice services.
RADVISION's Multimedia Terminal Framework is especially suited for use in EMTAs, providing termination of SIP sessions.
